Welcome to Rompin, Malaysia My fishing friends, Steve & Kim First morning - very excited
The scad is a prime bait for Sailfish Ace1 lets out the first balloon... ...and we have to wait almost 3 minutes for a bite !
Kim was elected no 1 on the rods And then the fun begins... Saltwater Aerobatics !
We are amazed byt the colours on the fish Even the sail is lit up Super happy Kim.
Then it's my turn on the rods Again, we only have to wait a few minutes And another super happy angler.
Steve rigging for Popper fishing And the Sialfish were interested We got several bites, but lost them all.
Bum-Boys - double hook-up ! Steve's fish is first in and it's another beauty.
Kim's fish is a rare split-bill An extraodinary catch And here they are.
Side catches are most welcome, here Cobia and here, Narrowbarred Spanish Mackerel Both fish + this unfortunate Squid ended up as Sushi.
A "day off" - we went snorkeling Amongst beautiful fish and some scary, aswell - right Steve ?
Welcome to the Jungle, Jean-Francois ! Target fish here is the Giant Snakehead Good and aggressive fighters.

The small greedy Jungle Perch (Hampala Barb) We used either Rapala or Catfish for bait. Besides the wildlife (more images coming)...
...the Jungle itself was glorious Jungle waterfalls... ...were our lunchtime retreats.
